Leicester vs Chelsea
Chelsea travel to Leicester for their final Premier League game of the 2018/19 season.
The Blues head into the game in 3rd place, one point above 4th place Tottenham.
While their top four spot is already secure, Maurizio Sarri will still likely want to finish as high as possible in his first season.
As for Leicester, they are currently 9th and can only finish as high as 8th place.
Hazard scoops all the awards
Ahead of clash with Brendan Rodgers’ side, Chelsea hosted their end of season awards.
Unsurprisingly, Eden Hazard was at the centre of the awards ceremony.
The Belgian has, statistically, had his best ever season in a Blues shirt.
In 36 league outings this campaign, Hazard has scored 16 and assisted 15.

So, it isn’t too much of a surprise to learn Hazard won the Fans Player of the Year award, Players Player of the Year award and the Goal the Season award.
According to the Evening Standard, Hazard has become the first ever Chelsea player to win all three awards in the same season.
After winning the award, Hazard had this to say:
“My relationship with the fans has been really good since I came here.
“It’s always a pleasure to play at Stamford Bridge in front of the fans. That’s why I am on the pitch. When we play for such a great club like Chelsea at the end of the season you want to win something.
“Now we have that opportunity. We will go to Baku all together with the fans and we will be back with the trophy.”As quoted by the Evening Standard.
